Ayer Septiembre 5 fue el 7mo cumpleaños de mi Andrew y empezamos acelebrarlo desde el sabado con la fiesta de sus amiguitos, como pueden ver se divertio mucho, ayer domingo tuvimos la fiesta con la familia para el y su prima Melany quien tambien cumplio 7 años el jueves. Como se podran imaginas estoy super cansada, hoy apenas estoy limpiando la casa y pensando que todavia tengo que hacer mas pastelitos para los amiguitos de su clase en la escuela mañana. Es mucho trabajo pero me encanta ver la carita de mis bebes cuando les celebro sus cumpleaños, es una manera de demostrarles lo feliz que me siento de tenerlos en mi familia y que el dia en que ellos nacio es muy importante para mi y Brian.

Yesterday was Andrew's 7th Birthday, and as you can see we've been celebrating since Saturday when we had his friends over, and Sunday we celebrated Melody's and Andrew's Birthday with our family, I am tired and I still have to make the cupcakes for Andrew's class to bring tomorrow. I love celebrating my kids birthdays, is a way for me to show them how important the day they were born is for us, and I just love to see how excited they get when we celebrate their special day. Happy Birthday Andrew, we love you so much!!!!

Colombia 2010 !!!

Ya han pasado tres semanas desde que llegamos de Colombia, es increible como el tiempo pasa de rapido, las 5 semanas que compartimos con nuestra familia no fueron suficientes, visitamos a la familia, compartimos muchos momentos felicies con los abuelos y tios, conocimos Melany y Felipe y desde el primer momento en que los vimos nos enmoramos de esos bebes, solo quiero agradecerle a mi familia por esas maravillosas 5 semanas, la pasamos muy bien, y nos divertimos muchisisisisimo.

It's been 3 weeks since we got back from Colombia, those 5 weeks that we got to spend with my family went by way too fast. We visited family members, had a lot of fun with abuelos and my brother and sisters, we met my little nice Melany and my nephew Felipe, they are adorable and we fell in love with them. We had so much fun and I loved being able to be with my family again in my Country. Yep I wish I could go back.

These are just a few pictures of our trip, the first couple of weeks, more pictures will come soon.

Han pasado ya poco mas de dos meses desde la ultima vez que puse algo en mi pagina, he estado muy ocupada, no he podido sacar el tiempito para compartir con ustedes de todas las cosas que hemos hecho desde el bautizo de Anthony, pero aqui vamos, voy a poner algunas de las fotos de todas las cosas divertidas que hemos hecho durante este verano.
It has been over two months since last time I posted something in my blog, Anthony's baptism was the last thing I posted about, I've been way too busy, to many things to plan for and get done before our big trip to Colombia, which is next week, and we are very excited, so I'm just going to post some pictures of the fun things we been up to since April.

Fuimos al acuario de Boston.
We went to Boston to see the animals at the aquarium, the kids loved it.

El 18 de Mayo fue nuestro aniversario, cumplimos 9 años de casados y he sido muy bendecida por tener a un esposo tan maravilloso y un excelente padre!!
May 18 was our anniversary, 9 years together, I've been bless to have such a wonderful husband and great father, I love Brian so much.!!

Vanessa se dejo pintar su carita en la escuala, se veia hermosa, fue una gran sorpresa verla asi porque a ella no le gusta que le pongan nada en la carita, asi que tome una foto porque quien sabe si se deje otra vez, tambien hemos ido en muchas ocaciones a la playa, el clima este verano ha estado muy caliente y como vamos a Colombia pronto decidimos ir mas seguido.
I just had to take a picture of Vanessa, this was the first time ever I saw her little face painted, she doesn't like it but her teacher was able to talk her in to it, also we have been at the beach many times this summer, the weather has been very nice and since we will be leaving to Colombia soon I just had to take the kids to the beach more often.

En junio los papas de Brian se llevaron a los nios a acampar por dos noches, Brian y yo aprovechamos para escaparnos tambien y el me llevo a un lugar llamado North Conway, mas al norte de donde vivimos en Nuew Hampshire, la pasamos delicioso, nos dieron un masaje, montamos bicicleta, fuimos al tope de una montaña, fuimos de compras, la pase muy rico con Brian el me cuida y mima mucho.
The kids went camping with Brian's mom and dad, so we also went away for the weekend, we went to North Conway, what a beautiful place, we had so much fun, got a massage, rode our bicycles, went to the top of the cathedral ledge, did some shopping, we had a wonderful time, and I have to thank Brian for taking such good care of me.

A finales de Junio llevamos los niños a Stroy Land, un parque grande de diversiones para los niños, como siempre Vecino vino con nosotros, tambien fuimos con la hermana de Brian y sus niños y la cuñanda de Brian con sus niñas, la pasamos muy rico.
At the end of June we took the kids to Storyland, we've been doing this for the last three years, and the kids look forward to it, Barb came with her kids, Nicole and her girls also came and of course Vecino, is always better when Vecino is around, we had a great time.

La semana pasada estuve en el campamento de las Mujeres Jovenes, de lunes a viernes, una semana completa sin mis bebes o Brian, fue dificil pero Nuestro Padre Celestial me dio la fotaleza que nescitaba para poder cuplir con mi llamamiento, la pase deliciosa y pude conocer a las niñas y lideres mucho mas, los niños estuviero con personas que se ofrecieron para cuidarlos y ellos tambien la pasaron muy bien.
Last week we had Girls Camp, I had a wonderful time, the hardest part was leaving my kids for one week, I missed them so much, but I knew that wonderful ladies were taking good care of them, and I want to thank them all for your help, (Danielle, Robin, Nicole and Barb). I loved being at camp the girls were prefect, the weather was just great and the leaders were wonderful, the best part was being able to get to know them better.

El domingo pasado fue el dia de Independencia de los Estados Unidos, y nos encanta ir a ver las luces por la noche, la mama de Brian organizo un picnic y estuvimos en el parque desde las 6 de la tarde hasta las 10:30 de la noche, como siempre todo lo hacemos juntos, asi que los niños vieron a todos sus primitos y se la pasaron jugando. Anthony y Gabriela la pasaron muy bien.
Last Sunday it was Independence day, and we love going to see the fireworks, we had a picnic with the rest of the family at the park and waited for the show to start, the kids had a great time while waiting.

Ahora solo tengo que preocuparme por nuestro viaje a Colombia el proximo martes, todos estamos muy entuciasmados y no vemos la hora de estar con ustedes. Los queremos muchisimo y nos vemos la proxima semana.
So now our last big thing will be our trip to Colombia, we will be leaving next Tuesday and wont be back until mid August, Brian will be joining us at the begining of August, we are very excited and can't hardly wait, knowing that I will be able to see my family next week makes me want to cry.

Ayer fue un dia muy importante para nuestra familia, Anthony se bautizo y ha tomado la desicion de seguir a Nuestro Salvador Jesucristo, y ahora tiene el don del Espiritu Santo.
Anthony estaba super contento y sabe que esta haciendo lo correcto. Todos nosotros estamos muy Orgullos de nuestro Anthony. Tambien pudimos sentir el amor de nuestra familia en Colombia, sabemos que pensaron mucho en Anthony y nosotros tambien los recordamos mucho, gracias por todo.
Yesterday was a very important day for our Family, especially for Anthony, he has chosen to follow the example of the Savior. He got baptized yesterday and now he has the gift of the Holy Ghost. Good Job Anthony, we are very proud of you. I love the picture of Brian and Anthony in their white clothing, I can see How Proud Brian is of his son.
We had lots of family and friends coming to his baptism, THANK YOU for being there.

Marzo 28 del 2005, fue el dia en el que mi bebe nacio, y ayer fue su cumpleaños numero 5, el sabado lo celebramos con sus amiguitos y todos nos divertimos muchisimo. Esta es una de mis fotos favoritas, y dejenme les cuento la historia de esta foto: hace una semana fuy con ellos al almacen a comprar un regalo para un amiguito de Andrew, y empese a notar que todos nos miraban y se sonreian, yo no podia entender el porque la gente estaba siendo tan amigable, pero cuando voltie a asegurarme que todos tres estuvieran junto a mi vi a Vanessa con esas gafas y una gran sorisa en su carita hay fue cuando entendi porque tanta gente se sonreia con nosotros. Mi Princesa trae alegria a nuestra familia y le agradesco mucho a mi Padre Celestial por tantas bendiciones.
Yesterday we celebrated Vanessa's 5th birthday, we had a big Birthday Party with her friends on Saturday, and boy we had a lot of fun. This picture is one of my Favorites, and let me tell you the story behind it: I went to the store a week ago with the three kids, not knowing she was wearing those flamingo glasses, I noticed people looking at us and smiling, I couldn't understand why they were being so friendly, and when I turned around to make sure the kids were with me I saw Vanessa with this glasses and a huge smile in her little face, then I knew why people were looking at us, couldn't' help it but to smile back and take a picture. She brings such happiness to our family and we are very grateful to our Heavenly Father for sending her to our family. We love our Princess so very much.

A que no adivinan quien se va a bautizar pronto. No puedo creer que mi Anthony ya vaya a cumplir 8 años, el 30 de marzo, es el gran dia de mi bebe, mañana ya sera un niño grande y podra ir a los scouts. Anthony esta muy contento por su bautizo y no ve la hora de hacer sus convenios con Nuestro Padre Celestial. He tenido tantas bendiciones en mi vida y una de ellas es poder tener la oportunidad de enseñar el evangelio a mis hijos, y me da mucha alegria saber que mi Anthony quiere seguir a Nuestro Padre Celestial y servirle a El. Abril 11 a las 2:00 de la terde sera su bautizo, y todos los dias el dice que no puede esperar mas.!!!!

Guess who is getting baptize soon. I can't believe my Anthony is about to turn 8, March 30th is the big day for my baby, tomorrow he will be able to go to scouts and he is very excited. It seems like yesterday that we brought our first boy home from the hospital, and now we are getting everything ready for his baptism. He is such a sweet boy, always helping his relatives, and loves to snuggle with mommy. I am very proud of my boy, and the decision he has made to follow the Savior, he is very happy and excited about his baptism and can't hardly wait, April 11 at 2pm is the big day, and every day he talks about it, that makes me very happy. We are so bless to have the gospel in our lives, and being able to teach it to our kids is one of the greatest blessings our Heavenly Father has giving me.
Last saturday we celebrated his birthday with his friends and he had a lot of fun too!!

No tengo palabras para expresar la felicidad que tengo. Lo unico que puedo decir es que no vemos la hora de regresar con todos ustedes y compartir momentos inolvidables, estaremos llegando Julio 13 a las 5 de la tarde. No puedo contener la felicidad y cada vez que pienso en el viaje se me enlagunan los ojos. Los extraño muchisimo y verlos es uno de los regalos mas grandes que pueda recibir. Gracias Honey.

Sip, Brian me convencio y es aqui donde iremos por unos dias en dos semanas, nos cansamos del frio y nos vamos en busca del SOL. Lo unico que me pone un poco trizte es dejar a mis bebes por 4 dias, pero se que estaran en buenas manos, Barbara la hermana de Brian los cuidara por nosotros. Pero para ser sincera, no veo la hora de ir de vacaciones por unos dias con mi amorcito querido, siempre la paso muy bien con Brian. Gracias Honey por convercerme otra vez de escaparnos por unos dias.

Yep, this is the place where we will be going in a couple of weeks, we got tired of the cold weather and are going away looking for some much needed SUN, the only thing that makes me sad leaving is my babies, but I know they will be in good hands, poor Barb she will have her hands full with 7 kids. But I'm very excited to go away with Brian. Thanks Honey for my valentine's present. And THANK YOU Barb for taking the kids, we really appreciate it.

Nuestra Navidad!! Our Chirstmas!!

Hace mucho que no actualizo mi pagina, he estado muy ocupada y no he podido sacar el tiempito para contarles como fue nuestra navidad; como pueden ver en las fotos los niños la pasaron muy bien, Brian y yo llegamos a la conclusion de que la Navidad es mucho mas divertida y magica por los niños. Ellos llenan el ambiente de emocion e inosencia. La noche de la navidad Anthony no pudo dormir de la emocion, se levantaba cada hora y media a decirme que Santa ya habia llegado, tuve que regañarlo, en el dia de la navidad todos estuvimos un poco ocupados y los niños muy emocionados con los detallitos que encontraron debajo del arbol.
Los extrañamos mucho a todos en casa, y esperamos que sus navidades tambien hubieran sido llenas de amor y magia.
Our Christmas was wonderful, busy and magical, Brian and I had a lot of Fun with the kids and loved to see our little children being so excited about everything that goes on during the Christmas season. Christmas eve was very hard for Anthony he was up all night waiting for Santa, and so was I making him go back to his bed, it was a very long night. I posted some of the pictures of our family and our Christmas gatherings.

Dia de Nieve!! A Snow Day!!!

Hoy fue un dia lleno de nieve y de diversion, y asi fue como empezamos, los niños se levantaron y se metieron en mi cama.

Today was a day with tons of snow and full of fun, the kids came to my bedroom and got in my bed.

Cuando estabamos listos fuimos afuera a jugar en la nieve. caminar en la nieve fresca es muy dificil, pero a los niños no les importo porque estaban super contentos con la primer tormenta del invierno.

When we were ready we went outside to play with the snow, walking through the fresh snow was hard but the kids didn't care, they were very excited about our first big snow storm.

Un rato despues Vanessa ya habia tenido suficiente y se puso a llorar, como pueden ver Anthony solo queria seguir jugando, yo trate de ignorar a Vanessa. Le dije a Andrew que viniera a jugar y me dice: mami no puedo dejar a Vanessa sola, ella esta trizte.

A while latter Vanessa was crying because it was to cold. Anthony just wanted to keep playing. Andrew was worried about Vanessa, and I was just trying to ignore her. I called Andrew to come and play, his answer? "mami I can't leave Vanessa she is sad and wants to go inside".

Cuando voltie a ver donde estaban, Andrew estaba ayudando a Vanessa, la estaba acompañando adentro, ese niño mio tiene un corazon grandisimo.

When I turned around I saw Andrew helping Vanessa, he was taking her inside, that boy of mine has a big heart.

Me dio pesar y fuy a llevar a mi bebe adentro para cambiarla y ponerla junto a la chimenea para que se calentara.

I felt bad for my baby and I took her inside to change her and put her in front of our fire place.

Cuando estabamos ya cambiados y calienticos empezamos a hacer galletas de navidad. La navidad es mucho mas divertida con los niños ellos siempre le ponen la magia para hacerla mas especial, como pueden ver esta fue su parte mas favorita del dia.

When we were inside dry and warm we made Christmas cookies. Christmas is so much fun with the kids, they make it very special and magical. making cookies was their favorite part of the day.

Despues de cocinarlas los niños decoraron sus galletas y comieron algunas.

When the cookies were ready, we decorated them, and ate some too.

El resultado final. Tuvimos un dia lleno de diversion.

And the end result? Happy babies and yummy cookies. We had a day full of fun.

Esta es mi nueva sobrinita, nacio hace casi dos meses y tiene a sus padres enbobados, ah, y a los abuelos y tios y tias tambien, es preciosa y la princesa de la casa. Extraño demaciado a mi familia, creerian que despues de casi 9 años seria mas facil estar lejos, pero no, es mas dificil, extraño toda la diversion, las fiestas familiares, cumpleaños, etc. Sip los extraño mucho mas, solo oro para que pronto podamos ir a visitarlos nuevamente y disfrutar de su compañia. A Vivi y Erik los felicitamos con todo nuestro corazon por la nueva adicion en la familia. Esperamos verlos pronto para poder disfrutar de esos bebes preciosos!!
So this is Melany my new nice, as you can see she is adorable, she was born October 4th. She's got her dad wrapped around her finger already, oh and grandma and grandpa too. I wish I was there to enjoy these babies too. I miss my family way too much, you would think that after almost 9 years of being away it would get easier, but no, it doesn't, I actually can say that it gets harder, missing all the fun, family gatherings, birthdays. Yep I still miss them as much if not more. I just pray that we will be able to go soon to se them all.

Cogiendo Manzanas!! Apple Picking!!

Hace unas semanas atras llevamos a los niños a coger manzanas, octubre siempre es el mes de las manzanas, la ultima vez que fuimos Anthony solo tenia un año. Los niños se diviertieron muchisimo y ya me dijeron qe quieren ir cada año.Andrew queria coger las que habian en la parte mas alta del arbol y la unica manera que podia llegar hasta arriba era subiendosele en los hombros de papi.

A few weeks ago we went apple picking, we've done it only ones before and Anthony was only 1 year old, so it was time to go back, this time was so much better, the kids had so much fun, especially Andrew as you can see he only wanted the ones that were on top of the tree and the solution to that was Brian, I'm so glad he came with us!!!

Anthony se la paso cogiendo manzanas de la parte de abajo del arbol, lo que a Brian le parecio muy bien porque el pesa mucho y el pobre papi no habria podido aguantar con el en sus hombros. Anthony esta muy grande y en esta foto se pueden dar cuenta.

Anthony only wanted the ones close to him, which was great because Brian wouldn't be able to carry him, he is very heavy. I love this picture you can see how big my boy is getting, he doesn't have a baby face any more :(

Coger manzanas sin Vecino no seria lo mismo, el se divertio mas que los niños y como se pueden imaginar siempre cuidando de Vanessa.

It wouln't be the same with out Vecino, We love having him aroung he makes everything much better and as you can imagine he was always making sure that Vanessa was ok.

Brian se estaba divirtiendo mucho cogiendo las manzanas, tanto es asi que me toco sacarlo porque no teniamos donde poner mas. Nuestra amiga Erin tambien estuvo con nosotros.

Brian was having a lot of fun so much so that we had to get him away of the apple trees. Our good friend Erin also came to get some apples. We had a Great Time!!!

Fue una Noche de Hogar muy Divertida!! It was a Great Family Home Evening Activity!!!

Hoy estamos celebrando el cumpleaños numero 31 de Honey. Un hombre maravillosos que me ha dado una familia hermosa. Un hombre que siempre le pone diversion a las cosas diarias, y que siempre me hace reir con sus cosas.

Today we are celebrating Brian's 31st Birthday. I love you Honey so much, you have given me a beautiful family and you always make laugh.

El saber que estaremos juntos por la eternidad me hace sentir muy feliz porque se que tengo un esposo maravilloso.

Knowing that we will be together for ever makes Very Happy because I know that I have a wonderful husband.

Tambien eres una padre espectacular que siempre esta listo para divertirte con tu hijos.

Always ready to have some fun with the boys.

Y al mismo tiempo lo suficientemente tierno y amoroso para disfrutar de tu princesa.

Hijo de Tigre sale pintado y en esta ocacion es Vanessa quien decidio hacerle compañia a papi, el domingo pasado Septiembre 6 despues de llegar de la iglesia y de haber tenido la fiesta de cumpleaños de Andrew el dia anterior todos estabamos un poco cansados, pero era domingo del almuerzo de los misioneros asi que llegamos y yo me puse a hacer el almuerzo, pasada una hora le pedi a todos que por favor ayudaran a poner los platos y cubiertos en la mesa, pero no vi a Vanessa o Brian ayudando asi que fue a ver que era lo que pasaba y me encuentro con este cuadro, los dos tomando una siesta, descansando mientras mami y los niños organizan todo para el almuerzo, me parecio tan lindo que no pude despertarlos, eso si Vanessa esta aprendiendo de su papa.!! Amo a mi familia con todo mi corazon y momentos como este son preciosos!!

Like Father Like Daughter.. Well this last Sunday after church and after Andrew's B-Party the day before we were a little tired, but it was the Sunday to make lunch for the missionaries, so when we got home I started getting things ready for lunch, a while letter I asked for help to set the table, but I only see the boys helping, so off I go looking for Vanessa and Brian, and this is what I found, It was adorable, I couldn't resist and I had to take a picture and let them rest, I guess that is the way Brian bonds with his baby girl, and she is a fast learner.!! I love my family so much and moments like this make every moment precious!!

En otras noticias el primer dia de escuela de Vanessa fue el martes, como pueden ver estaba super contenta y ahora me vuelve loca porque sus clases no empiezan sino hasta la tarde entonces esta toda la mañana preguntando cada 10 minutos "ya es hora de irnos mami?". Mi muñequita ya esta creciendo y se ve preciosa.

In other news Vanessa's first day of school was this last Tuesday, she was very excited, she is still in pre-school, but the older class so she goes in the afternoon, and she is driving me crazy asking every 10 minutes if is time to go to school yet, yep the monrnings get very long. I love her pose in this picture, so ready to go en learn new stuff!!

mi unico monito de la familia, es el que mas ayuda a mami en la casa y al mismo tiempo el que mas se queja, si las cosas no salen como las ha planeado se enoja, todo tiene que salir bien, le encanta leer y lo hace muy bien en ingles y español, le encanta jugar y cuidar de los niños mas pequeños y lo mejor de todo es el mas apegado a mi, siempre me busca para que lo carge y lo abrase, no puedo creer que ya tenga seis años y que este en primer grado. Estamos muy agradecidos con Nuestro Padre Celestial por la bendicion tan grande que nos dio al enviarnos a nuestro bebe. Te deseamos un muy feliz cumpleaños, te amamos muchisimo!!!

My Andrew was born on September 5th of 2003 at 2:22, He is 6 years old, and I just want to tell you a little bit about my boy:
*first of he is mamas boy, he looks for mommy to get some hugs and kisses, he says 'I just need some loves mommy ',
*he loves having money and is pretty good about saving too,
*loves playing and taking care of babies,
*everything has to go the way is suppose to go if anything changes he gets frustrated,
*loves reading and he does it in English and Spanish and is pretty good at it,
*helps mommy every time I need help,
*and what he loves the most is having friends over to play with.
We love Our baby so much and We are very grateful to Our Father in Heaven for blessing us with his presence. We love you very much Andrew!! We wish you a very happy Birthday!!

Ayer fue el primer dia de escuela para Anthony y Andrew, asi que como todo al principio estaban muy contentos, y listos a las 7 de la mañana. Vanessa no empieza sino hasta la proxima semana asi que ella ha estado disfrutando de estos dias solita con mami.

Yesterday was our first day of school, so the morning was busy, getting lunches ready for every body even Brian, but it was fun. Vanessa's first day is next week, we had her little friend Rhiannon for a play day and it was very fun. I'm going to miss my boys now that they go all day long. They are just growing way to fast!!

El cumpleaños de Andrew no es sino hasta el sabado Septiembre 5, pero como hoy todos empezaron la escuela y el queria una fiesta con sus amiguitos entonces la celebramos ayer, fue un dia hermoso, y todos vinieron sin falta a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi bebe, no puedo creer que ya vaya a cumplir 6 años, el tiempo si pasa volando.El se sentia muy imprtante y se divirtio mucho con todos.

So Andrew's Birthday is not until saturday september 5th, but since we all started school today we had a little birthday party with his friends yesterday, it was a perfect day for a party, playing and having fun out side. all of his little friends came over, we played and played, and the moms well we were able to relax and enjoy. I can't believe that my baby is growing so fast, we just want to thank all of our friends for celebrating the birth of our cute boy. Thank you Very much, and we love you!!!

Es un Adios a las llanticas que sostenian a Vanessa en su bicicleta, no puedo creer que mi bebe ya pueda manejar su bicicleta sin ellas anoche jueves 20 de agosto Vanessa pidio que le quitaramos las llantas a su bicicleta para ella montarla, yo no creia que pudiera aprender porque para mi todavia es un bebe y esta muy pequeña, pero ella insistio, asi que Brian vino y las quito, todos salimos a ayudarle con la gran sorpresa que solo la sostuvimos una vez la soltamos y ella siguio solita y no paro de manejar, ahora si es oficial, mi bebe esta creciendo muy rapido y nosotros nos hemos graduado de las llantas de bebes, ya no las nesecitaremos mas.
So last night Vanessa asked me to take her training wheels off her bike, I told her that she could wait until next spring to try with out her little wheels, well she insisted, so much so that I couldn't take it any more and said ok, so we waited for Papi to get home and he did it, we all went out side thinking that she was going to have a hard time, well to our surprise I held her sit and when a let go of her she kept on going, we could not believe our eyes, our little baby is old enough to ride her bike with no training wheels, I felt very sad, that was the moment when I realized that my baby is not a baby any more, and I'm having a hard time getting use to that. We were so proud of her and she is very proud of her self, now she can keep up with the boys in their bikes, and we have graduated from training wheels.

Ahora que mis bebes estan mas grandes disfruto mas de hacer cosas diferentes, me encanta la edad en la que ahora estan mis bebes, es mas divertido y podemos hacer muchas otras cosas mas y a eso hay que agragar que no me necitan las 24 horas del dia. La semana pasada fuimos a una caminata y como siempre es mas divertido traer mas amiguitos para jugar. tambien puden ocuparse de sus propias cosas, definitivamente estoy pasandola muy bien con mis hijos.
Now that my babies are older I've been enjoying more doing things with them, is so much easier going out and do fun stuff, we went hiking last week and we had a lot of fun, and of course is always better when you go with more friends.
I'm really enjoying their older age, they don't need me 24/7 and they can do stuff to help mommy too. I love those babies of mine so much and spending time with them and seeing them grow is the greatest gift that Our Father in Heaven has given me.

Ya me he quejado de este verano lluvioso, bueno las cosas han mejorado. las ultimas tres semanas han sido grandiosas, el clima ha estado calientico y hemos podido disfrutar mas. Hace dos semanas nuestra amiga de la iglesia Robin nos invito a la casa de su mama, queda junto al lago asi que tienen una pequeña playa, y claro que no podiamos decir no a tan grandiosa oferta, y fuimos y nos divertimos hasta mas no poder. Nos subimos en las canoas y Anthony le queria enseñar a Brian como remar.

I've been complaining about the weather this summer, well these last three weeks or so have been very nice, so when Robin invited us to her mom's house we didn't hesitate and said yes!!, we had a great time, we went in the canoes, Anthony wanted to show papi how is done!!

Tambien fuimos en la moto acuatica como pueden ver los niños no se pierden de nada y quieren tratar de hacer todo lo que pueden. No se querian bajar de ahi.

Also as you can see we went in the water ski, those babies of mine are not afraid of anything, they loved every minute of it, even Vanessa, I guess she does a very good job keeping up with those brothers of hers!!!

Hasta ahora este verano ha sido un poco lluvioso, aun asi no hemos dejado de estar ocupados. Celebramos el cumpleaños de la abuela Campbell, todos sus vis-nietos vinieron a estar con ella en su dia.
So far this summer has been a bit rainy, but we still manage to get some fun done, we celebrated Grandma's Birthday and we had a lot of family members here celebrating her day. I think she had fun!!!

Tambien fuimos a los juegos pirocticos del dia de independencia y como pueden ver estaba haciendo un frio terrible, es la primera vez desde que vivo aqui que tenemosque traer cobijas, usualmente hace muchisimo calor, Vanessa tambien aprovecho para hacer caritas chistosas como cosa rara.
We also went to the fire works in Meredith for Independence day, and as you can see it was very cold, is the first time since a live here that we have to bring a blanket, is always been really warm an humid, not this year. And Vanessa of course making funny faces as always.

Tambien hemos ido a la playa cada vez que aparece el sol, su presencia no ha sido muy frecuente, asi que cada vez que lo vemos salir nos organizamos y vamos a la playa. Anthony y Andrew han estado en clases de natacion las ultimas dos semanas y ahora se divierten mucho en el agua, han aprendido mucho y les encanta mostrarme sus habilidades acuatica, hahahahaha!!, algunos amiguitos de vez en cuando vienen tambien a jugar con nosotros en la playa.

Any time the sun comes out we get ready to go to the beach, the sunny weather has not made its presence very often, also the boys have been getting their swimming lessons done for the last two weeks, and they've learn a lot, now they enjoy playing in the water more and often they show me their new swimming abilities, we also have been going with Barbara and her babies, and some other friends from church, is always more fun having other kids to play with, and grown ups to talk to.

So my poor baby for the last three years has been bit by a black fly, and is always around her little eyes, now every time I see one of those animals I have to go after them so they wont get my baby any more. Obviously she is very sweet, she still looks very cute!!!

Last week Brian and I went to Montreal, we have never had the chance to go away with out the kids, so since abuela is here visiting Brian decided that was the perfect time to go. We had a great time, and we enjoyed each others company very much, just what we needed. We visited lots of places and walked all day long, the weather was perfect too!!

El clima ha estado muy agradable en los ultimos dias, aunque todavia hay nieve afuera no pudimos aguantar la tentasion de salir a jugar con las bicicletas, estos niños han estado dentro de la casa por mucho tiempo y es hora de salir a divertirnos. :)

**** Ok so the rule was stay in the front so I can see you while I make dinner, 10 minutes latter they were gone, so I just went and looked at the other place where they been dying to play, and yep they were in their play set, how can I say no to that. They were smiling the whole time. During the summer time we have all the kids from our neighborhood playing in our backyard, I love it.

Para todos aquellos que me conocen ya saben que no soy buena amiga del invierno, pero me ha tocado salir a jugar con los niños en la nieve, a ellos les encanta, siempre se divierten mucho cuando juegan afuera, para mi es demaciado frio y solo quiero estar en mi casita calientica. Brian no me dijo que el clima se pone tan frio aqui, y por eso siempre lo molesto.

For those of you who know me already know that I'm not a good friend of the winter, is way too cold for me, but as you can see I have to go out with my babies, they love it, but me I rather to stay inside in my warm house, very nice and warm house. Brian left that part out when he went to Colombia to get me and I always give him a hard time for that.

La respuesta es que a Andrew le dieron de regalo un Tranformer y papi y tio Mark le quitarn el juguete para jugar con el y cambiarlo de forma. Ya se que darle a Brian de regalo para el dia del padre!!! :)

Vanessa en su concierto ayer, si ponen cuidado escucharan a Brian cantando tambien el es que esta haciendo el video, y luego cuando los niños empiezan a cantar Vanessa es la que canta mas duro. Vanessa had her Christmas concert yesterday at the school, It was adorable, and if you pay attention you will hear Brian singing along, he had the camera and was taking the video, then when the kids stared singing you will notice that Vanessa was the laudest of them all. It was the most adorable thing I've seen this christmas so far, those kids did a fantastic job. and I still can't believe that my baby looks so big already.

La semana pasada fuimos a visitar a Santa, los niños hablaron con el y le dijeron que era lo que querian para Navidad, tambien llevamos comida para las personas que han sido menos afortunados que nosotros. La cara de mis hijos se ilumino cuando vieron a Santa sentado esperando por ellos, la verdad la incencia de los niños es lo mas lindo que puede haber.

Last week we went to see Santa, he came to Meredith and we also brought some can food for the food pantry, the kids got very excited to see Santa, I love to see how innocent kids are. :)

Anoche para la Noche de Hogar organizamos nuestro arbol de Navidad, es increible como pasa el tiempo de rapido. Los extrañamos mucho a todos en casa, quisiera estar con ustedes en esta navidad y poder disfrutarla con toda mi familia y amigos. Los niños estan muy contentos, se sientan al frente de nuestro arbol y se quedan mirando las luces por una largo tiempo. Ya les enviare mas fotos en cuanto pueda. Los amo mucho a todos y disfruten de estas fiestas.

I can't believe is that time of the year already, last night we put the Christmas tree together for FHE and we had a little talk with the kids about the true meaning of Christmas, we had a lot of Fun.
I miss my family and friends, we don't get presents in Colombia, all we do is spend Christmas and new years together as families, it is so much fun. I hope some day I'll be able to be with them for Christmas again, I'm sure my kids would have a blast.

Esa primera cancion que suena en my lista musical es una de mis favoritas se llama Todavia tu, cuando Brian y yo decidimos casarnos muchas personas no compartieron nuestra felicidad, pensaron que no podriamos lograrlo por la diferencia de culturas, familias, lenguaje y muchas otras cosas, de eso se trata esta cancion, una pareja que aunque muy diferentes decidieron seguir adelante y ahora son muy felices, he sido muy bendecida con el esposo que tengo y esos bebes hermosos que me levantan todas las mañanas a las 5:45 de la mañana, cada vez que miro sus caritas se me ilumina el dia. He sido bendecida con una familia hermosa y le agradesco a Nuestro Padre Celestial por el amor que tiene por todos nosotros. :)

I love that first song in my play list, it reminds me of Brian and me. When we decided to get married many friends and family members thought that because of the differences between us (culture, families, language, etc), we wouldn't be able to make it, now I'm glad we didn't listen, I have a wonderful husband, and those three little kids that get up every morning at 5:45 and say "good morning mommy time to get up", (even saturdays, and sundays), light up my life every time I look at their little faces. I've been blessed with a beautiful family and I thank Heavenly Father for the love he has for all of us.

La semana pasada decidimos ir a comprar las calabazas para decorar, ya no aguante mas a los niños pidiendome que sacara las decoraciones de otoño y las de halloween!!. En la noche de hogar pintamos las calabazas y Brian tambien le hizo la cara a la mas grande a la que le ponemos una vela todas las noches para que se vea tenebrosa!!

Ok I know is way too early to have decorations out for Halloween, but I couldn't take it any more, the kids were driving me crazy asking every day for pumpkins and fall decorations. So I did it last monday for FHE we painted them and Brian always makes his own one.!!. I love the Autumn weather the only thing I don't like is the idea of winter coming right after .

La semana pasada el martes fue el primer dia de escuela para Anthony, el miercoles fue el Andrew, y no se imaginan lo contentos que estaba, y la locura que hubo en mi casa esa mañana tratando de espacharlos a todos con almuerzos y snaks, incluyendo Brian quien tambien nesecita su lochera lista todas las mañanas. Esta semana el martes fue el primer dia para Vanessa y aunque estaba muy contenta en la escuela me decia " mami quedate conmigo un ratico mas", hay me di cuenta que mi bebe todavia me extraña.

Last week Tuesday was Anthony's first day of school, Wednesday was Andrew's, and as you can see they were very excited, our mornings are now more stress full , as I have to get lunches and snacks ready for every one including Brian who also needs his lunchbox ready every morning. This Tuesday was Vanessa's first day at (pre)school and she was very excited . I can't believe that my baby is going to school now, that makes me really sad. :(

So we made it!!!, it was a long,long,long trip but worth it. This picture is in Bogota waiting for our last plane, my brother came to say hi, he is in the Marines. the kids were very excited to see him.
We are having so much fun and my family is going crazy with the kids. I love coming back to my country, it feels great to be back to the things I like and my own culture!!!

Ayer fuimos a divertirnos con los primitos de los niños, esta fue nuestra noche de hogar, y hoy en la mañana compartimos el dia juntos en la playa, nos divertimos todos muchisisisisimo. ah, la corona que Vanessa esta usando se la dio Barbara el domingo pasado y hasta ahora no se la a quitado, hasta duerme con ella, le encanta, los niños tambien tienen las camisetas que ella les regalo.

Yesterday we went to Fun Spot with Barbara's kids for FHE, and this morning we spent the day all together at the beach, we had a great day!!. Vanessa got that crown from Barbara last Sunday and she has not taken it off since, she even sleeps with it, the boys got their shirts from her also, and they still wearing them, Thank you Tia Barbara, we love having you around!!!

Todos en casa aun no han visto a Andrew cuando se pone gruñon, y dejenme decirles, la moyoria de las veces es asi, no le gusta las fotos, y por todo se queja. Aunque tambien debo decirles que es el payaso de la casa y siempre esta haciendo bromas, especialmente a su hermano y hermana. Es muy raro verlo de bueno humor, que cuando lo esta es muy divertido. Esta foto me hace reir mucho, esa es la cara que siempre pone cuando esta de malas. :)

For all of you that know my little Andrew already know that he is my grumpy baby, last week we went to the beach and I was trying to take a good picture of both of us, (he doesn't like to get his picture taking), and this is want I got, his face says it all, that's the face that I get every time he is in a bad mood (which is pretty much all the time)

Debido al alto precio se la gasolina donde vivimos Brian opto por comprar una motocicleta pequeña, porque esta gastando mucho dinero en su camioneta, como pueden imaginarse los niños estan locos con el nuevo juguete de papi, y esta semana salieron a jugan como siempre, que risa la que me dio cuando los llame a almorzar y vi a Anthony utilizado el casco del papa, mis hijos son muy chistosos!! :)

Due to high gas prices Brian got a little motorcycle, he was spending a lot of money in gas for his truck, so this last week the kids were playing out while I was making their lunch, when I call them to come in I saw Anthony wearing Brian's helmet, I was laughing so much, and of course I had to take this picture. :)

Yesterday Brian sent me these pictures, he was very surprised to see these new customers at the door of his office staring at him while he was working, maybe they had questions about the furniture?, they were very interested in the tables and chairs, but they couldn't find the right size, they look very disappointed as you can see in the last pictures!!!! I have to have a talk to Brian about customer service!! :)

Hoy Brian, Anthony, Andrew salieron a acampar hasta mañana en la tarde, estaban listos desde las 7 de la mañana, no podian aguantar mas, ya es una tradicion, cada año van con papi a divertirse. Y yo por mi lado me divierto con Vanessa, nos quedamos en la cama hasta tarde y vemos nuestro programas favoritos. :) La casa es muy calmada cuando los hombres no estan y me puedo relajar con mi bebe!!

Is finally here, The Father and Son camp out, The boys left early this morning, and I went back to bed with Vanessa, I can't believe it, I have a couple of days just for me and Vanessa. Hurray!!!!!!

Cuando llegamos a casa encontramos a papi armando este gran columpio en nuestro patio. El organizó todo para que mi amiga me llamara e invitara al museo con los niños, el plan era tenernos fuera de casa por 4 horas para el poder tener la sorpresa lista, !Y que sorpresa la que nos llevamos!, yo no podia creerlo, los niños estan que no caben de la dicha, anoche se la pasaron jugando sin parar. Que gran Papi tengo!!! (esta es una de las cosas que Brian vende en el negocio).

When we got home we found papi putting this swing set together in our back yard. It was a great plan, Brian asked Robin to take us out of the house for at least 4 hours, so she came up with the idea to go tho the museum I didn't want to go but I felt bad saying no, so we went. ! What a big surprise ! when we got home, this is what we found, we were going crazy!! :)

De regreso a casa todos estaban demasiado cansados, no pudieron mas y se quedaron dormidos, pero en unas posiciones en la que solo los niños pueden dormir!!!

(ok Stacy this is so you will know what is going on in my blog, and the rest of you lady's too!!. ) On our way back home every body was so tired that they couldn't stay up. I don't really know how can they sleep in that position!!

Vanessa durmio en esa posicion casi por media hora, si yo que quedo asi por 5 minutos termino con un gran dolor de espalda. :)

Vanessa took her nap like that for about 30 minutes, ok, if I stay like that for 5 minutes I'll end it up with a big backache!! :(

NUESTRO PRIMER DIA EN EL PARQUE

La semana pasada el martes 15 de abril fue el primer dia que pudimos ir al parque despues de un largo, largo, largo invierno, los niños se divertieron mucho y yo tambien pude relajarme y charlar con unas amigas.
Aqui estan Andrew, Melody y Karina todos son de la misma edad de Andrew.

Erica, Ethan, Jessica y el gigante de Oliver, son mis buenas amigas de la iglesia.

Anthony como siempre jugando en todo lo que encuentra, se ve como un liquito corriendo por todas partes, se quiere asegurar que montara en todo lo que encuentre en su camino!! :)

Vanessa por otro lado se podria quedar en el columpio todo el tiempo, siempre me toca bajarla y hacerla correr por todas partes, asi se cansa mas fácil y estara lista para la siesta cuando lleguemos a casa!! :)

Mi pobre Andrew no se sentia bien, su barriguita le dolia un poco asi que como cosa rara siempre queria estar conmigo y queria que lo cargara!! :(

Anthony empezo a manejar su bicicleta hoy sin sus llantas de entrenamiento, y dice que ya es un niño grande, :) por otro lado mi podre Andrew esta trizte porque el todavia no puede manejar su bicicleta sin las llanticas :( . Mis bebes estan creciendo muy rapido!!!

NOCHE FAMILIAR JUGANDO BOLOS

Anoche fuimos a jugar bolos con los niños, hace mucho tiempo que los llevamos y Vanessa todavia era un bebe, asi que no sabia que era lo que ibamos a hacer. Aqui estan poniendonse los zapatos para jugar.

Aunque no habian zapatos de la talla de Vanessa no la desanimo, ya queria empezar a jugar y queria la mas pesada, porque es "una niña grande", eso es lo que ella dice. Me dio mucha risa cuando la cogio y se dio cuenta que no podia jugar con ella!!

Papi esta buscando la mas pesada y donde pueda meter bien sus dedos tan grandes. Jajajajaja!!

Papi quedo en primer lugar, como siempre!!!

Anthony quedo en segundo lugar!!! Bien hecho!!

Andrew quedo en tercer lugar!!! wow!!

Una mañana solo para Vanessa y su mami, mientras Anthony y Andrew estan en la escuela Vanessa y yo aprovechamos para divertirnos, son solo dos dias a la semana por dos horas que podemos relajarnos y divertirnos sin los hombres de la casa, y entre mujeres nos entendemos mas facil!!

Ayer fuimos a ver a papi a la oficina, y como el sol estaba un poco fuerte los niños se pusieron sus gafas, cuando los vi con sus capotas me dio mucha risa y no pude dejar de tomarles una foto. Se ven muy chistosos. !!!! jajajajajajaja, todavia me da risa.

Y que tal Vanessa, al llegar a la oficina escuche a los niños que no podian de la risa, voltie a ver que era lo que pasaba y yo no me pude aguantar tampoco, Vanessa se veia muy chistosa, y tambien tuve que tomarle una foto!!, jajajajajajaja.

Pues aqui voy con mi pagina familiar, estan son las fotos del cumpleaños de Anthony ahora 6 y Vanessa 3, no puedo creer que esten ya tan grandes, Vanessa cumplio sus tres añitos el 28 de marzo, y Anthony el 30 de marzo, dos cumpleaños tan seguidos son una locura, el dia del cumpleaños de Vanessa vinieron los amiguitos por un rato y en el dia del cumpleaños de Anthony la familia de Brian tambien vino a celebrar con nosotros, fue un fin de semana muy largo y agotador, Andrew fue de gran ayuda, su trabajo era organizar la fiesta conmigo, y no se imaginan lo lindo que se veia ayudando.

Estaban muy contentos
no podian creer que ya era su cumpleaños otra vez!!!

Esto de tener una pagina sobre mi familia me a puesto a pensar desde hace mucho tiempo, pues es de la unica manera que puedo mantener a toda mi familia y amigos informados de todo lo que que pasa con nosotros, asi que espero que todos ustedes en casa revisen esta pagina frecuentemente porque es el medio mas facil y rapido de hacerles saber como estamos y cuanto los extrañamos.
